Quality Engineer I (Finance)



As a Quality Engineer I here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of testing activities and the delivery of high-quality products. You will lead and coordinate a team of engineers to provide test support for product development.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute test plans, ensuring that all necessary tests are conducted to validate product performance and reliability. You will provide technical expertise and guidance to the team in conducting tests and analyzing results, ensuring that all testing activities are carried out accurately and efficiently.

Lead and coordinate a team, develop and execute test plans, and provide technical expertise. You will report directly to our Quality Engineering Manager, and you'll work out of our Boyne city MI location on an On-site ,work schedule.YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Experience with test methodologies and tools
  • 1+ years of experience in quality engineering or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with quality assurance methodologies and tools.
  • Experience with quality control software and statistical analysis tools.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of quality control processes.
  • Conduct inspections and tests to ensure product quality meets specifications.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues.
  • Complete quality process documentation (quality notices, First Article Inspections, etc.).
