Project Manager III, Customer Success (Sales)



Position Title: Project Manager III, Customer Success (P3)

Role

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of project management related to telecommunications infrastructure deployment planning and initiation. Your primary focus will be tracking application progression, resolving data issues, addressing tower placement adjustments, and managing customer escalations and order changes. Additionally, you will be involved in accessing customer systems, responding to system access requests, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure success for both customers and Crown in monetizing our tower assets.

Responsibilities

  • Track and report on the progression of tower applications from site interest to submittal.
  • Collaborate with customers, third parties, sales teams, and internal groups to resolve applications with missing or inaccurate data.
  • Identify & resolve tower vertical placement issues by informing and working with sales, operations teams and/or customers, depending on the severity of the issue.
  • Identify and inform sales and operations teams of application ground space issues that may require partnering with internal stakeholders for resolution and communication to the customer.
  • Maintain data integrity of project status including but not limited to; order status, colocation options, site issues and stakeholder engagement.
  • Respond to, route, and track system access requests (e.g., CCISites, One Sales CRM) from customers, internal teams, and other external parties.

Expectations 

  •  Ability to recognize problems, recommend solutions, and collaboratively implement changes.
  •  Identify and document customer and market trends and standards for scalability.
  •  Raise opportunities for continuous improvement within Pre-Order phase of Crown Castle process.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Education/Certifications  

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management or related field preferred

Experience/Minimum Requirements  

  • Three (3) or more years' experience in managing multiple complex projects
  • Proven experience in project management and customer solutioning, preferably in the telecommunications or infrastructure industry
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desirable but not required

Reports to: Director of Customer Success

Working Conditions: This role falls into our hybrid work model working in the office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.  On Mondays and Fridays, teammates on the hybrid schedule will have the option to work from the office or home.  There is an expectation of collaboration with teammates and stakeholders for moments that matter that could require travel.

Compensation
The salary range offered for this position is $91200 - $125400 annually. A candidate's offer is determined by various factors including but not limited to, depth of experience, role-related knowledge and skills, relevant education or training, internal alignment, and work location. Depending on the position offered, the compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of a discretionary annual cash bonus or commissions, and equity incentives.
