General Job Description:
Direct supervision of all personnel responsible for day-to-day company operations to include Maintenance Department Personnel, Route Sales Personnel, Office Management Personnel, Money Room Personnel.Responsible for route structuring and assignment of accounts to route personnel.Responsible for establishment of policy and procedures as necessary to assure proper route operations.Assure all routes are performed on a daily basis in accordance with company policy.Review all reports to ensure route accountability, proper route structure, proper inventory levels, uncollected accounts, and bill changer accountability.Review bill changer assignments to accounts to ensure proper monetary levels.Direct maintenance operations including machine movement and tracking in accordance with company policy.Ensure all maintenance records are maintained, and service calls are handled in a timely fashion.Ensure equipment parts are maintained and procured in accordance with company policy.Review in conjunction with the Director of Operations equipment needs and costs for account installations.Assure proper check out of field inventory products and field inventory cash funds.Assist in office operations as necessary as prescribed by company policy.Assist in new account sales as necessary.Assist and co-ordinate new location installations.Assist in account retention to include account inspections and client contact.Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned based on Company needs and circumstances.
