Fred Beans of Mechanicsburg is hiring immediately for an Assistant Service Manager to join our fast-paced growing service department. This position provides administrative support to the Service Department to ensure quality customer service along with accuracy and efficiency. This multifaceted position enables you to utilize your customer service and administrative skills.

What You'll Do
Provide exceptional and efficient customer serviceMake recommendations based on customer vehicleAnswer phones and schedule service appointmentsCoordinate with parts department and other vendorsUpdate customers on service progress of vehicleAssist Service team with daily operationsEnsure the customer has a positive overall service experiencePrepare and complete all documentation related to the service transaction.
