Our clinic is seeking a full-time provider to join our collaborative care team. This position is currently intended to provide coverage for a provider who is on leave. While initially a coverage role, there is a strong potential for it to transition into a regular full-time role at this clinic or another location in Visalia, Tulare or Hanford.

Schedule is for day shifts only Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM and Tuesday, Thursday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The clinic is closed one hour for lunch.Malpractice insurance provided including tail coverage.NO Calls, NO After Hours work!Private concierge practice that isnot open to the general public.
