What you will do:
The Bilingual Loan Servicer in our Lending Support department helps members with questions or issues related to their credit union accounts in a courteous and professional manner. In this role, you'll handle a variety of tasks, including assisting members with loan-related inquiries, maintaining loan files, and supporting other areas of the credit union's lending operations. As a Bilingual Loan Servicer, you'll also provide dedicated support to our Spanish-speaking members, ensuring they receive clear and helpful assistance in their preferred language.
