Fitch Ratings is seeking an Analyst to join its Structured Credit group in our New York office. How You'll Make an Impact:

• Analyze new and existing ratings on Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs) using proprietary models, as part of the new rating or surveillance teams
• Analyze transaction documents focusing on identifying credit risks
• Prepare and present rating conclusions to a credit committee
• Draft rating action commentary reports to communicate rating decisions to market participants
• Contribute to recurring and special research publications

You May be a Good Fit if:

• You hold a bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as finance, accounting, or economics
• You have at least 12 months of experience in the financial sector, excluding internships, ideally with exposure to CLOs or Structured Finance
• You exhibit strong analytical skills, a deep intellectual curiosity, and meticulous attention to detail
• You possess the ability to listen actively and integrate others' perspectives in a consensus-driven environment
• You demonstrate a high level of personal responsibility, initiative, and self-management
• You have an interest in capital markets and structured finance
• You are proficient in the Microsoft Office suite

FOR NEW YORK: Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $85,000 and $100,000 USD. Actual salaries will be determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors. Base pay is one part of Fitch's total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, long-term incentives, and other benefits sponsored by Fitch.
