Operate dishwashing machines efficiently.
Clean wooden cutting boards, large pots, and delicate china manually.
Stack and organize clean dishes, glasses, and equipment appropriately.
Prepare dishwashing stations before meal preparation begins.
Especially during peak hours, maintain an adequate supply of clean dishes, glasses, and utensils.
Monitor detergent levels and place orders when necessary.
Report any technical issues promptly.
Sanitize the kitchen, including the floor.
Removing garbage regularly.
