Re-Roof Sales Representative (Sales)

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Engage with business owners, property managers, and landlords to generate and maintain client relationships.Coordinate and conduct site visits for roof evaluations.Gather accurate roof measurements, photos, and documentation to prepare estimates.Import PDF roof drawings into On-Screen Takeoff estimating software.Use DRC estimating sheets to prepare detailed and accurate roof estimates.Generate professional proposals (Word format) and deliver to customers via email.Follow up on bids, capture contracts, and secure new projects.Create and maintain job files once contracts are finalized.Ensure all business is conducted in accordance with company policies, procedures, and values.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Critical thinker with initiative knows when to pick up the phone, ask questions, and provide prompt responses.Strong problem-solving skills takes ownership, resolves issues, and communicates effectively with the team.Team player mindset willing to step in and complete tasks as needed, no matter the size.5+ years of sales or commercial roofing experience preferred.Construction experience a plus.Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record.
