Traditions Home Health Services is currently seeking compassionate, skilled, reliable, and experienced Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) for the Carver area to assist with our geriatric aged clients who are in need of support and companionship.
Weekend Availability is a plus!!

Available shifts: 7-Days
8am-8pm (12-hour)
8pm-8am (12-hour)

Job Description:
Assist with the Activities of Living, personal careAssist with light housekeepingEncourage walking, exercisingProviding stimulating conversationActivitiesPossible transportation to doctor's appointments, shopping, etc.Encourage fluid intake, possible meal prep in accordance with orders/CarePlanCompetently documenting shift activities frequently during the shift digitally using a smartphoneHome Health Aide would report any concerns to the Traditions Home Health Services Office Support Team in a timely manner
