Kruse Village is looking for a Driver to provide safe, reliable transportation for our residents. What You'll Do (AKA: Your Superpowers)
Be the Friendly Face Behind the Wheel:
· Transport residents to medical appointments, community outings, shopping trips, and other scheduled events.
· Assist residents in and out of the vehicle safely and with kindness.
· Maintain an upbeat, caring attitude that turns every ride into a positive experience.
Ensure Safety Comes First:
· Perform regular inspections of the community vehicle(s) and report maintenance needs promptly.
· Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and community policies.
· Maintain accurate travel logs and resident transport schedules.
Support the Community Experience:
· Work closely with the life enrichment team to coordinate outing logistics and provide feedback from residents.
· Communicate clearly and professionally with residents, family members, and team members.
· Serve as an ambassador for the community while out and about.

What You Bring to the Table (Besides a Clean Driving Record)
Licensure & Requirements:
· Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
· CDL (Commercial Driver's License) may be required depending on vehicle type.
· Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and physical.
Experience & Skills:
· Previous driving experience (especially with seniors or in a healthcare setting) preferred.
· Excellent customer service and communication skills.
· Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
Professional Traits:
· Friendly and compassionate with a heart for serving older adults.
· Calm under pressure and safety-minded in all situations.
· Positive attitude and team-player mentality.
