Senior Field Service Technician - Building Automation Systems | Security and Access Control (Finance)
As a Senior Field Service Technician here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to provide advanced technical support and expertise to our customers in the Automation and Controls business unit. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, ensuring the successful implementation of our solutions, and driving customer satisfaction. You will report directly to our Field Service Engineering Manager and you'll work out of our premiere showcase site at our global headquarters in Charlotte, NC. This location serves as a hub for innovation and collaboration, providing you with a unique opportunity to work alongside industry-leading professionals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for our customers
• Provide advanced technical support and expertise for our Automation and Controls solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of our solutions
• Conduct training sessions for customers and field service technicians
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement
You will be assigned a company vehicle for business use.
