Senior HR Business Partner - Medford (Healthcare)

JOB SUMMARY:

The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) will partner, coordinate, and collaborate with the clinical operations teams across all OnePeak locations to ensure efficient and effective management and interpretation of human resources strategies. This role involves maintaining awareness of clinical operations and employee morale, company culture, formulating and implementing strategic human resources plans, guiding clinic and support staff leaders, and embodying the organization's vision and mission. The Sr. HRBP is required to liaise with clinic leaders and to travel between clinics and the corporate office.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Oversight of employee relations and human resources for clinic locations including performance improvement coaching, terminations, reductions and organizational changes.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive employee relations strategies and development initiatives aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Drive collaboration across the organization to identify human resources needs and develop engagement and cultural solutions including understanding employee dynamics.
  • Deploy data and research to drive human resources optimization and financial performance, tracking employee relations issues for streamlined reporting.
  • Manage all Leaves of Absence, Workers Compensation and Unemployment Insurance requests to include tracking, streamlining and communication across clinic departments.
  • Collaborate with the COO, CHRO and Finance teams to define long-term goals and initiatives that drive sustainable growth.
  • Report on the status and performance of the human resources projects to the CHRO, COO and Board of Managers (as needed).
  • Assess and optimize existing projects to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate risks.
  • Ensure overall compliance with human resources regulations and quality requirements and standards.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication and positive relationships with providers, employees, and peers.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of and support OnePeak mission, vision, value statements, organization goals, standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as deemed necessary.
  • Travel will be required depending on business needs.
  • Hours may vary and be outside of normal office hours depending on business needs.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • BS/BA in administration, human resources, psychology, business required.
  • Master's degree in a related field preferred.
  • At least 6 years of human resources experience, with some private equity or private ownership background and at least 2 years of experience in Primary Care and/or Urgent Care.
  • At least 2 years of experience with a dispersed workforce in the State of Oregon.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be able to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS/ATS systems including but not limited to Paycom, Greenhouse & FreshService.
  • Ability to travel 2-3 days per week (1-2 hours one way to other clinics) as needed.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
