Project Manager-Engineering (Architecture)
First, some of the things you will need include a bachelor's degree in business, Project Management, Engineering, or equivalent demonstrated skills and abilities. You'll also need effective interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building.
Second, in this position you will lead assigned projects ensuring they remain on track for timely completion and stay within the budget. You will develop and manage detailed project plans, including definition of roles, responsibilities and milestones, monitoring project progress and reporting to necessary personnel. The Project Manager will work with Plant Managers, Production Coordinators, and all other necessary personnel to guide and facilitate strategically important projects to meet organizational objectives and satisfy customer requests. You will collect and analyze data and information to research solutions for improvement of current processes and systems of overall operations, various strategically significant projects, and ongoing company initiatives.
