First, some of the things you will need include at least 5 years of experience in Engineering, a Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Second, in this position you will be responsible for understanding the manufacturing process and the equipment needs of the customer (Internal Fort Wayne Metals departments). You will prepare mechanical prints for parts to be manufactured both internally and externally, prepare quotations for capital projects as needed, and work with Technical Center team to ensure smooth implementation of desired solutions for use by customers.
