We are looking for a full-time LVN to bring their energy, empathy, and clinical expertise to our incredible team. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting and have a heart for helping others, this is the role for you!
๐ What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor residents' health status and communicate changes to the care team
- Collaborate with CNAs, RNs, and other interdisciplinary team members
- Administer medications and document care accurately using PCC
- Support residents and their families with compassion and respect
๐ฏ What We're Looking For:
- Current LVN license in the state of California
- Excellent clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
- PCC experience preferred (or willingness to learn!)
- Passion for long-term care and a positive, proactive attitude
