Sr. Finance Manager- Manufacturing Sites (Finance)

Job Description:

This role is a primary people manager, Manufacturing Business Partner and support for the Sr Director E2E Supply Chain. The role manages respective P&O processes, Associate development, and Engagement activities for a team of 7 Associates. This position is a key business partner to the manufacturing VPs and MAKE & Engineering Leadership Team, providing financial analytics, process improvement/management and insights for approx. $1.2B of P&L spending. Key responsibilities include Performance Analytics, Planning and Forecasting, Strategic outlook, Value Leadership programs and leading the S&F digital agenda in the manufacturing space.

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum of a BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, Business or related.
  • Minimum of 10+ years in a Finance role. Experience with people leadership is preferred.
  • Experience within a manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • CPG experience is a plus.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • The role manages respective P&O processes, Associate development, and Engagement activities for a Team of 7 Associates.
  • Develop 3-5 year Value Creation Plan (VCP), 1-year Operating plan, Periodic Forecasting and Strategic Planning for Internal & External Manufacturing (Mfg.). This requires partnership with a broad group of stakeholders to solidify key assumptions and create action plan to ensure delivery (Make LT, Value Leadership community, Global Supply Partners).
  • Lead key strategic and operational activities such as Value Leadership productivity, capital planning and financial delivery.
  • Provide financial insights to Mfg. performance, proactively identify, analyze business issues and opportunities and drive actions to meet financial commitments. Communicate risks and opportunities against delivery of plan and evaluate corrective actions via S&OP process.
  • Bring perspective by analysing trends, performance indicators and connecting performance with overall business performance. Actively participate in trade-off conversations and ensure robust financial evaluation of all major decisions, including spending plans, capital investments and long-term lease commitments, bidding, VL resourcing decisions etc.
  • Ensure strong financial controls are embedded across Mfg. operations.
  • Drive Digital agenda and improvement of analytical tools.
  • Support ad-hoc requests and local/regional projects.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.The total compensation package for this position mayalso include other elements, if eligible, including variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Eligibility for these additional elements depend on the position offeredand the employee's work schedule (i.e., part-time schedule, store associate).
