RN (ADN) - Home Health (Finance)
Work Schedule:
0%, day/eve, Average of 2 days per week / 8:00am-5:00pm / Rotating weekends & holidays. You will work at 2550 Charles St Rockford IL.
Additional components of compensation may include:
- Evening, night, and weekend shift differential
- Overtime
- On-call pay
Per Diem Staff will not be eligible to participate in any associate benefit plans sponsored by the Health System.

Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing program. Required
Work Experience
- 1 year of experience as a professional nurse within the past three years in an acute care setting. Required
- Experience in home health, IV therapy, ER or oncology. Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
- Current RN license from the State of Illinois. Required
- Valid State driver's license and proof of liability insurance. Required
- Bi-Annual CPR certification. Required
