What Youll Do:
As our Systems Administrator, you will be the technological backbone of our organization, directly impacting lives of our residents and the success of our teams by:
Ensuring System Integrity & Security:
Implementing and maintaining robust security protocols, including firewalls and endpoint protection, to safeguard company data.Performing regular system backups and executing data protection processes to ensure business continuity.Applying system updates, patches, and security fixes proactively to mitigate vulnerabilities.Ensuring all systems comply with organizational policies, security standards, and industry regulations.
Managing & Optimizing IT Infrastructure:
Installing, configuring, and maintaining all hardware, software, operating systems, and network servers.Managing the full Microsoft 365 suite, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Azure Active Directory.Monitoring system performance, availability, and reliability to identify and resolve issues before they impact operations.Overseeing LAN connectivity and troubleshooting network errors to ensure seamless performance for all users.
Providing Expert User Support & Empowerment:
Setting up new user accounts, managing access rights, and ensuring secure and appropriate permissions.Acting as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and system issues for our associates.Developing documentation and providing technical training to help team members effectively use our systems and tools.Coordinating with vendors to manage hardware, software, and licensing needs efficiently.
Driving Technological Advancement & Strategy:
Staying current with technology trends and best practices to proactively recommend system improvements.Planning and executing system migrations, upgrades, and integrations to enhance our technological capabilities.Supervising and mentoring IT staff as needed, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.Coordinating with company leadership to evaluate and implement new technologies that advance our mission.
