Associate Media Planner (Finance)

The Associate Media Buyer/Planner is a junior member of the Notice Media team. They will work with the team to assist in the development and implementation of effective client media campaigns.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Assisting in planning multi-media client projects under the direction of the Media Director
  • Establishing vendor contacts and negotiate media
  • Gathering and providing research and guidance on media plans using established and creative resources, including syndicated data from MRI-Simmons, Comscore, Census, and more
  • Collaborating with the team and clients to develop creative, out-of-the-box solutions
  • Reviewing and comparing project scope with RFPs and court documents
  • Preparing and assisting with writing briefs, notice plans, and declarations

Secondary responsibilities include:
  • Monitoring progress and performance of campaigns, including post-buy and post-campaign audits
  • Collecting proof of publication and campaign reporting metrics
  • Formatting advertisements, including print and digital creatives

Essential traits:
  • Bachelor's degree in advertising or communication or two years of media experience
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to draw insights from data
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with MRI-Simmons and Comscore
  • Graphic design/formatting skills, including experience with InDesign and PhotoShop, a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Detail oriented and focus on quality work
  • Multi-task efficiently and quickly
  • Team player

Salary range for this role is $60,000 - $88,000 USD
