Senior Project Manager (Finance)
Be responsible for delivering business document related expertise and capabilities which are expected to be reused across Chubb. Those capabilities include: the creation, storage for digital and electronic (email and SMS) paper distribution of documents. These documents are used to support all aspects of Property and Casualty Commercial and Personal lines Insurance business including but not limited to (quotes, binders, policy forms, endorsements, contracts, certificates, customer correspondence, invoices, bills, producer statements, and checks).
We are looking for an experienced Technology Leader, responsible for overall technology planning and delivery of the project(s), architectural design, end to end testing and deployment of features for the Platform. The Technology Leader will facilitate requirements analyses, conduct peer reviews, and provide feedback. They will also work with various business units to assist with transformation of legacy or emerging CCM capabilities into the strategic platform.
To be successful in this role, you should demonstrate sound knowledge of industry best practices in enterprise delivery, Scaled agile delivery practices and tools. Also requires good organizational and leadership skills, full stack development experience and architect level proficiency in CCM capabilities. Multi-year program expected to migrate from OpenText xPression to a new CCM global Platform such as OpenText Extreme, Smart Communications or Quadient Inspire. This role will report to the VP, Global Customer Communications Platform Technology Leader, currently residing in North America.
