Sales Manager (Sales)
You should be dedicated, aggressive, self motivated as well as have the ability to develop a sales plan and follow through on the effective execution.
This position will:
Demonstrate a deep understanding of the assigned market segment, industry trends, competitors, the property, and the local communityDevelop and executer proactive sales strategies to target and engage the assigned market segmentHandle customer inquiries and leads for group bookingsRespond promptly to group and catering opportunitiesAlign customer preferences with hotel needs and actively up-sell to maximize revenue and drive loyaltyExecute operational aspect of booked business, including generating proposals, writing contracts, and managing customer correspondenceDrive revenue through relationship building, recognition of new business developments and team work.Prospect new business through phone calls and face to face cold calls
