Customer Service Coordinator (Administrative)
Act as the Transferee's main point of contact for coordination & movement of household goods;
Communicate with customers to coordinate move and ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.
Oversee all assigned moves from point of shipment acceptance to delivery. This includes monitoring and tracking coordination of all moves with suppliers from point of shipment acceptance to delivery.
Receive survey results and verifies all quoted services are in accordance with company policies.
Work directly with agency network on the scheduling of all moving services, critical needs and problem resolution. This includes working with agency network and all Third Party service providers to ensure timely communication of transferee requested order fulfillment and changes.
Assist with providing proper paperwork to ensure timely operations.
The successful candidate for this position will share the following knowledge, skills and abilities:
High School Diploma or Equivalent (required).
Minimum of 2 year customer service experience is preferred.
Strong Customer Service and Interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
Strong organizational skills, including maintaining an organized work space and have the ability to complete tasks according to schedule.
Attention to detail.
Ability to handle heavy phone work.
Must be able to demonstrate previous successful experience with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook).
Knowledge and ability to use typical office equipment (PC, calculator, etc).
