Executive Administrative Assistant (Finance)

As an Administrative Assistant for Workforce Solutions, you will support the members of the Workforce Solutions Leadership team. This challenging role requires someone who is confident, intellectually curious, and service driven, with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, poise and professionalism to engage with senior executives, other colleagues within Equifax, outside clients and vendors. You will work on a variety of complex and varied duties, in a dynamic environment, analyzing situations and using initiative to prevent and resolve problems.

What you'll do

  • Provide administrative support to members of Equifax Workforce Solutions Leadership Team
  • Research, collect, compile and analyze a wide variety of complex data and information requests to prepare executive level reports and presentations; Prepare and edit confidential correspondence, reports and presentations
  • Optimize time management by giving consideration to organization wide due dates or deliverables that may compete with internal schedules and ensure relevant parties are aware of issues that need immediate attention
  • May manage multiple assignments and deadlines of team members and maintain schedule of deliverables for internal/external presentations and work products
  • Manage multiple calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments and resolving conflicts when competing priorities occur; Serve as lead coordinator for conferences and meetings. Assisting leaders with timely and efficient expense report submissions.
  • Arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; compile documents for travel-related meetings
  • Complete requested administrative items such as obtaining catering, ordering office supplies, circulating mail, handling overnight deliveries, processing expense reports, coordinating machine maintenance and coordinating employee set up and moves
  • May be required to contribute to projects and activities not included in other principal accountabilities to assist in the accomplishment of business objectives and professional development
What experience you need
  • High school diploma completed
  • 5-7 years prior experience working for C-Suite level executives; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to solve problems and take ownership of assigned responsibilities, identify issues in advance and propose solutions for team consensus
  • Flexible team player who thrives in an environment requiring the ability to effectively prioritize, coordinate and manage multiple concurrent projects
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm with ability and willingness to work overtime on an occasional basis to meet work demands

What could set you apart
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, with the ability to learn additional programs and software
  • Administrative experience with fintech, technology, cybersecurity and/or data & analytics organization ideal
