IT USER SUPPORT SPECIALIST - PART-TIME (Information Technology)



This position will report to the User Support Manager and will split time between our Saint Peters, MO, Distribution Center and Weldon Springs HQ office. The role is designed to be a limited extension of our User Support team. Objectives of the role include working with the Distribution Center Operation personnel as well as the HQ IT teams to aid in repairing devices, conducting inventory, and assisting with other projects as they are assigned by the IT department. During the designated time, this employee will be responsible for the following tasks: The position is part-time and will not exceed 20 hours per week.

· Review and address tickets that have been assigned to them for their dedicated site.
· Create tickets for issues that have been reported, but not documented, as well as issues / observations that have not been reported and need to be addressed.
· Review non-functional associate devices (Wrist mounts, Barcode scanners, and mobile printers), and perform necessary steps to repair, configure, deploy or provide maintenance per the appropriate SOP.
· Maintain and conduct recurring inventory review of all IT devices on site.
· Maintain accurate records of all the site's spare devices in the inventory management system, as well as updating their status accordingly when either deployed or returned to spare status.
· Address or escalate printer problems accordingly when they are reported.
· Help with IT projects as requested by the corporate IT team.
