Sr Program Manager (Finance)

There is an immediate opening for the Sr. Manager, Modular Project Execution, within the Global Modular Projects team at Honeywell UOP LLC. The Global Modular Projects group offers an alternative to an EPC approach for Refining, Petrochemical, and Renewable process units by offering them as pre-fabricated modular units ready for a quick and easy installation at plant site. These projects, ranging in size from $10 to $100M or more, include conversion of basic engineering documents of process plants into detailed design for modular fabrication, procurement, modular fabrication, QA/QC, oversight during installation of UOP supplied modular units, and follow up warranty services. The responsibilities for Sr. Manager, Modular Project Execution include, but not limited to, directing and coordinating a team of Project Managers to; 1) support opportunity pursuits by developing project specific execution plan, 2) plan and estimate manhours and review costs to execute projects, 3) support development of technical and commercial proposals, 4) review commercial terms and conditions, and 5) ultimately take ownership of sold projects and deliver them on time and under cost. This position will work closely with the renewable products businesses, project & resident engineers, global procurement team, project controls team, finance, various engineering groups, QA/QC, and strategic vendors to coordinate resources required to support the development of opportunities and to successfully execute and deliver sold projects.As a Senior Program Manager at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing customer programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and driving program performance.
