Job Summary
Performs a wide range of duties to produce precast concrete products.
Job Responsibilities
- Pours concrete
- Floats concrete
- Batches concrete
- Maintains good housekeeping and safety regulations on the shop floor
- Additional duties may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year related experience or equivalent training
- Knowledge of basic tools and their uses
- Understand and apply basic mathematical skills (adding, subtracting, division, & multiplication)
- Knowledge of basic measurements and how to read a tape measure
- Good attendance and positive attitude a must
- Ability to lift up to 40 Ilbs.
Compensation
- The hourly pay rate for this position is $23-26/hr.
- Vacation hours of two weeks per year
- Sick leave benefits up to 56 hours per annum
