Corrugator General Labor (Finance)

Essential Functions:

Work in die cutting as the assistant operator

• Remove corrugated sheets from back of die cutter

• Help the Die Cut Operator set up the machine

Work in the Automat ä n Room as an assistant operator

• Feed corrugated sheets into the Automat ä n

Work in Shipping as the Unitizer Operator

• Band finished units of corrugated product

Work in the Corrugator Department as the Downstacker Operator or the Baler Operator

• Place load ticket into units of corrugated sheets

• Complete necessary paperwork

Work in Joining as the Assi stant B Operator on the s pecial ty folder g luers

• Remove bundles of corrugated stock and stack onto bay sheets per customer requirements

Work in mis cellaneous departments on specific projects

Check finished product for quality per customer speci fications

Ensure quality is a work priority by being attentive to detail and accuracy and by actively seeking work process improvements - q uality is the responsibility of all employees

Perform other duties as assigned by management/supervisors

Safety sensitive position - ability to work in a constant state of alertness and a safe manner

Ability to work overtime and weekends as required based upon the needs of the business

Ability to work on a rotating shift as needed

Ability to effectively work in teams

Ability to work in a production-based environment with moving equipment and people

Ability to interact and communicate effectively with a wide variety of roles

Ability to read a tape measure/ruler

Good mathematical skills

Education:

High School Diploma

Pay Rate:
Training $ 23.80
Qualified $ 24.83

Work Hours
3-2-2-3 Schedule (M, T, F, S, S, W, T, repeat)
6am to 6pm
