Project Development Leader - Sustainable Building Technologies (SBT) (Finance)

We are seeking a motivated and technically strong Project Development Leader to join our growing Energy Services (SBT/ESCO/DER) team. Based in New Jersey, New York, or Atlanta, this individual will lead the end-to-end development of energy efficiency, infrastructure modernization, and decarbonization projects for federal, institutional, commercial & industrial, and public sector clients.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in project scoping, customer engagement, financial modeling, and translating sustainability goals into actionable technical solutions.
