Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Project Supervisor to oversee commercial cleaning operations across multiple job sites. This position plays a key role in leading teams, ensuring high standards of service, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. The ideal candidate will bring industry knowledge in carpet cleaning, window cleaning, hard floor care, and lift operation, along with strong leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations of cleaning and floor care teams

Coordinate job schedules, supplies, and personnel assignments

Ensure adherence to company safety policies and quality standards

Provide training and support for crew members

Conduct regular site audits and client check-ins

Troubleshoot job-related issues with confidence and professionalism

Required Qualifications:

Experience supervising in janitorial, custodial, or facility services

Proficiency in carpet cleaning, window cleaning, hard floor care, and safe use of lifts (boom, scissor, etc.)

Strong organizational and communication abilities

Must have a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)

Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as needed

Physically able to perform cleaning tasks and operate machinery

Preferred Qualifications:

OSHA certification or safety training

Bilingual communication skills

Valid driver's license
