Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications safely and accurately according to physician orders.
• Provide comprehensive care for clients with acute and chronic health conditions.
• Supervise and guide Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure optimal patient care delivery.
• Apply critical thinking and leadership skills to assess patient needs, develop care plans, and ensure effective interventions.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to maintain continuity of care and improve patient outcomes.

What You'll Bring

• Current and valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in California.
