Financial Analysis Lead Analyst - EVERNORTH - Hybrid (Finance)
The Financial Analysis Lead Analyst, Client Analysis & Consultation position works in conjunction with Health Plan Sales and Account Management and various departments within the finance, supply chain, underwriting, clinical and product organizations to provide financial and analytical support to clients.
Responsible for working and meeting directly with account teams and clients to research requests, for managing and presenting client pricing and rebate guarantee performance, for maximizing upsell opportunity and for modeling the impact of enterprise initiatives.
The position will proactively identify client performance trends, cost drivers, and savings opportunities using large datasets of historical claims data, as well as internal and external resources. Candidate will develop findings based on the assessed data and present to the client.
Additional work includes supporting department and enterprise projects, and working to enhance finance team efficiency through the development of improved financial models and best practices.
Position will rely heavily on querying databases, working with large data sets, independent research, and analyzing complex excel models to fulfill analytical requests.
