Senior Offering Manager - Hospitality (Finance)



As a Senior Offering Manager here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for driving BA hospitality roadmap for the sub segment/offering to drive double digit growth globally. You will focus on identifying feature sets within Honeywell products that enhance the value proposition for hotel owners, hotel operations, Honeywell, and other key hospitality stakeholders..

You will report directly to our General Manager and you'll work out of our Atlanta, GA location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact strategic leadership, revenue growth, innovation, customer satisfaction, competitive advantage, resource allocation, risk management, and cost-efficiency. Your leadership and expertise are instrumental in driving business growth and maintaining a strong market position. As a people leader at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in developing and supporting our employees to help them perform at their best and drive change across the company.YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in offering management or related roles.
  • Proven experience in product management or strategy within the hospitality or related industries
  • Strong understanding of hospitality operations and the challenges faced by hotel owners and operators
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to think strategically and translate insights into actionable plans
  • Experience in developing and executing product roadmaps
  • Prior experience working with hotel brands, especially around on-property products is a plus

WE VALUE
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in offering management or related roles.

  • Develop and execute offering strategies to drive growth and profitability in the Hospitality sector.
  • Contribute to the development of a comprehensive global Hospitality roadmap that includes all Honeywell products with potential applications in the hospitality market.
  • Define and prioritize market opportunities and customer needs specific to Hospitality.
  • Collaborate with individual product teams to advocate for the hospitality agenda and ensure that relevant feature sets are integrated into their product roadmaps.
  • Assist various global Honeywell teams, including Sales, GTM and Marketing, in aligning strategies and initiatives to effectively penetrate the hospitality sector.
  • Identify and analyze market trends and customer needs to inform product management and work closely with them on the positioning for the hospitality industry.
  • Foster strong relationships with key external stakeholders within the hospitality industry to gather insights and feedback on product offerings.
  • Foster strong relationships with key internal stakeholders within Honeywell to influence the prioritization of features that would move the needle in Hospitality
