TheMaintenance Mechanic performs the duties necessary to maintain the facility for residents and staff in a safe operating condition and carries out general and skilled maintenance as required while providing a high level of quality and service.
Shift(s):
Full Time: Wednesday through Saturday 8:00am to 6:30pm 10hour shift

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES/ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
Receive work direction electronically or verballyPrioritize work according to urgency, schedule or efficiencyComplete work orders as assigned to meet facility needs, and in a timely and efficient mannerAssist other mechanics as neededContribute to special projects as assignedMaintain work carts in orderly manner and maintains basic stock of frequently needed suppliesCover On-call duties on a rotational basisAdditional duties as assigned
