Overview

Design and implement financial and contractual solutions, tools and resources to support division initiatives as assigned or identified, in alignment with Division mission, vision and purpose, pricing strategy, division program priorities, and overall company mission and vision.

Responsibilities

Build customized business cases for each account, integrating ROI projections, reimbursement pathways, and operational viability.

Define and manage pricing strategies for procedural tools, disposables, and bundled services.

Collaborate with the CSM team to validate account financial readiness and business model alignment.

Support CRM integration and sales funnel metrics tracking to guide account prioritization.

Engage directly with hospital finance teams to validate economic viability and support purchasing processes.

Track post-sale financial outcomes to ensure accounts meet projected ROI and procedural targets.

Work closely with Manager and other leaders within the Division, company Functions and Operational Units to implement solutions in alignment with Division pricing strategy and ensure consistency in priorities, policies, compliance, processes, structure and programs.

Collaborate with all relevant division stakeholders to design and implement financial tools and contracts to support programs such as capitated pricing, promotional contract solutions, and short dated product sales.

Work with Division leadership and pricing team to a ssure relevant pricing, help establish pricing policies, and work closely with internal stakeholders to implement new pricing tools.

Design and implement other solutions taking into account competitor dynamics, customer facing teams feedback, product economics and overall Division strategy .

Model pricing scenarios and formulate pricing metrics, collaborating with diverse functional groups to drive pricing strategy for assigned initiatives.

Support other key projects or initiatves as assigned.

Advise leadership of recommendations for pricing and execution in the competitive landscape, and participate in the development of pricing guidelines.

Provide direct input for proposals, strategic plans, presentations and contract initiatives as assigned.

Within scope of responsibility, ensure all quality, regulatory, and product-specific requirements are met.

Understand and be accountable for conducting Cook business with integrity and in compliance with applicable standards including Cook policies.

Qualifications

Required Experience:

Extensive experience in sales, marketing, product management, pricing, or corporate accounts in the medical device industry.

Prior experience working cross-functionally to achieve business objectives and drive efficiencies.

Preferred Qualifications:

College degree in related field and/or equivalent relevant experience.

Demonstrate strong Business execution/project management skills.

Strong Excel and analytics skills

Extensive knowledge of division product offerings

Demonstrate strong leadership skills.

Prior experience leading organizational change.

Model the company standards that others are expected to follow.

Demonstrate positive and constructive behaviors that drives team cooperation in achieving market objectives.

Physical Requirements/Work Environment:

Ability to travel up to 50%.

Work under general office environmental conditions.
