Senior Account Manager-Building Automation (Finance)



As a Senior Account Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our Building Automation business. You will be responsible for managing key customer accounts, developing strong relationships, and delivering innovative solutions that meet their evolving needs.

You will report directly to our Sales Manager and you'll work out of our Denver, CO or Seattle, WA locations on a Remote work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the company by enhancing customer satisfaction, driving revenue growth, and positioning Honeywell as a leader in the Building Automation industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage key customer accounts, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business requirements and providing tailored solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions.

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is $90,000 - $120,000. For Washington and most major metropolitan areas in New York & California, the annual base salary range is $110,000 - $135,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in account management or sales.
  • Travel - 25% mostly CO and WA
  • Strong knowledge of Building Automation, Fire Alarms, Security products and solutions
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
