Web Analytics and Optimization Manager (Finance)

The Web Analytics and Optimization Manager to play a key role in overseeing website performance, conducting analytics, and implementing optimization strategies to drive direct-to-consumer customer acquisition and retention.

You will be responsible for data collection, analysis, full funnel reporting, conducting A/B testing, and collaborating with other teams to improve user experience and conversion rates.

As Web Analytics and Optimization Manager you will play a key role in enhancing the digital journey for prospects and customers by optimizing and personalizing customer touchpoints across digital channels. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve online engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty. This role focuses on creating a seamless digital experience, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the competitors and trends within the internet, fixed wireless and mobile industries. The candidate also needs to provide high-level data analysis that translates raw data into actionable solutions for stakeholders to prioritize.

What you will do to contribute to the company's success

  • Develop and implement web analytics strategies to rack key metrics and KPIs
  • Analyze website traffic and user engagement data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to the Marketing and Media team based on data analysis.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create customized reports and dashboards.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct A/B testing and multivariate analysis to optimize website and marketing performance.
  • Stay current on industry best practices and emerging trends in web analytics.
  • Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Looker and other relevant platforms effectively.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in website usability and conversion rate optimization.
  • Work closely with the UX/UI, Media and Web Development teams to ensure accurate tracking and data integration.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management
  • Implement tagging strategies to track full funnel marketing campaigns accurately.
  • Troubleshoot tracking issues and ensure data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Implement data visualization techniques to convey insights effectively.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in DTC analytics or agency consulting, preferably within the telecommunications, mobile or fiber to the home industries
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in web analytics, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Preferred proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker, Databricks, Power BI, Funnel.io and other web analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Experience with A/B testing and multivariate analysis.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
