Deli Clerk (Food Services)
The Deli Staff are responsible for delivering excellent customer service while promoting deli products through serving, offering samples, making sandwiches, preparing hot and cold beverages at the coffee bar, packaging products, and opening and closing the deli. The position also requires the ability to work well on a team, come to work on time, complete scheduled shifts and plan ahead for absences, follow instructions of supervisors, maintain a clean and organized workspace, general kitchen and math skills, ability to stand on your feet for long periods of time. Working cooperatively and regular, predictable attendance is a must. Applicant should be personable, level-headed, upbeat and enthusiastic about interacting with a wide range of customers. Must be able to lift 50 lbs, and obtain an Idaho Health Department food and safety certification.
Full-time 35-40 hours per week; Part-time 2-29 hours per week. Shifts will be afternoon and closing shifts, Days vary, Weekends Required. Candidates must be available to work during university breaks.
