What Youll Do:
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, youll play a hands-on role in improving the lives of our residents by:
Supervising the housekeeping team to ensure high performance through effective selection, training, coaching, and evaluation.Managing detailed cleaning schedules for resident apartments, including floors, furniture, kitchens, bathrooms, and trash removal, and inspecting resident refrigerators for expired food.Overseeing resident linen services, including removal, washing, drying, folding, and proper storage of linens, towels, and personal items.Ensuring the community's exceptional presentation by maintaining spotless and odor-free common areas, buildings, grounds, and apartments. Implementing operational processes, procedures, and best practices that meet company policies and all local, state, and federal regulations.Managing departmental functions, including supply inventory, budget, staffing, record-keeping, and maintaining the physical appearance of the community.
