Position Overview:

The Middle Office Services Team Lead supports the front office (Trust Administration) through processing transactions (bill pay); critical changes within accounts and WPT staff; set up of new accounts; asset transfers; data reporting and business controls administration.

What you'll do:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Provide support to Trust Administration

  • Oversee Fiduciary Business Controls

  • Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency within various processes/workflows.

  • Collaborating with other members of the cross-functional Community of Practice and Innovation to improve execution processes

  • Developing process for dropping monthly statements into Black Diamond

  • Identifying opportunities for improvement within system applications and coordinating with vendors.

  • Implement quality control testing for consistent and accurate coding, including the accuracy of fees charged vs fee schedule and/or discount agreements

  • Reporting testing results and trend analysis directly to the CEO, WPT Compliance, and Administrative Team Leads together with suggested training and other measures to improve results; identifying issues and root causes; working with frontline teams to develop a plan to resolve and remediate issues and monitoring progress on a timely basis

  • Special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, ideally in Finance, Economics, or a related field

  • 5+ years in leading a team and creating efficiencies within a Trust department/company

  • 10+ years of experience in Trust operations

  • Experience with the following systems: Microsoft Office Suite and TrustDesk

  • Ability to work within deadlines and prioritize projects

  • A self-motivated employee; an effective team player

Compensation:

The estimated salary range for this role is $85,000 - 110,000, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience.
