Crisis Clinician (Personal Services)

Crisis Clinician:Be the calm when the storm hits.
Shifts Available: 3 12 Hour Shift (7am-7pm), Thursday-Saturday or Sunday-Tuesday

As a Crisis Clinician, youll be on the front lines providing compassionate, culturally competent, and trauma-informed support to individuals experiencing emotional or mental health crises. Youll bring calm, clarity, and carehelping people stabilize, connect with resources, and move toward recovery.
What Youll Do:

Respond to crisis line calls and coordinate rapid responses.

Lead on-site interventions with support staff (Mobile Crisis Aides, Peer Support Specialists).

Conduct crisis/risk assessments and develop immediate safety plans.

Provide brief, intensive counseling for individuals and families until ongoing services are in place.

Collaborate with psychiatrists, hospitals, and community providers to ensure seamless care.

Promote resilience through coping skills, crisis de-escalation, and natural support building.
