What are we looking for?
Basic Qualifications:
- A minimum of one year of experience as a Hotel General Manager at a property generating $10M+ in annual revenue and with 200+ rooms.
- A proven track record of driving top-line revenue growth and capturing market share.
- Demonstrated success in fostering service-centric cultures and leading high-performing teams through mentorship and development.
- Ability to build and maintain successful ownership relationships.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Local market experience.
- Hilton brand experience.
