General Manager - Embassy Suites by Hilton Phoenix Biltmore (Finance)

About the HotelWith its prime location and range of amenities, Embassy Suites by Hilton Phoenix Biltmore is an ideal choice for both leisure and business travelers seeking comfort and convenience in Phoenix. The hotel offers a comfortable and convenient stay in the heart of the Biltmore area. It is minutes away from the Arizona Biltmore Golf Club and adjacent to the upscale Biltmore Fashion Park.

Each of the hotel's 232 two-room suites features a separate living area, premium bedding, and thoughtful amenities like microwaves, refrigerators, and coffee makers. Guests can enjoy a complimentary made-to-order breakfast each morning and unwind at the evening reception with drinks and light snacks.

What are we looking for?

Basic Qualifications:

  • A minimum of one year of experience as a Hotel General Manager at a property generating $10M+ in annual revenue and with 200+ rooms.
  • A proven track record of driving top-line revenue growth and capturing market share.
  • Demonstrated success in fostering service-centric cultures and leading high-performing teams through mentorship and development.
  • Ability to build and maintain successful ownership relationships.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Local market experience.
  • Hilton brand experience.
