CNC Programmer (Mill/Lathe) Machinist (Manufacturing)



We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer (Mill/Lathe) Machinist to join our team. Must be able to train in California location for a week at the start of position; company required travel will be paid for by company.

Program, Operate and set up CNC Mill/Lathe machines with precision and efficiency.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
Monitor machine operations to ensure high-quality production standards.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC equipment.
Ensure that work is completed safely and meets quality standards.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a CNC Mill/Lathe Programmer, prefer 5+ years experience.
Strong understanding of CNC machining processes and blueprint reading.
Ability to set up and operate CNC machines independently.
Proficiency with Mazak machines preferred.
Must know G-code
Experience with MasterCam programming software a plus.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and safety.

Requirements
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of five+ years experience as a CNC Programmer.
Must know G-code.
Proficiency with Mazak machines a plus.
Experience with MasterCam programming software a plus.
