Position: Secondary Mathematics Teacher
Workdays: 191 days (4-day student week)
Salary: $56,000.00 (Bachelor's) – $63,000.00 (Master's)

Key Responsibilities:
- Teach math courses from Pre-Algebra to Calculus, aligned with Colorado standards.
- Develop lesson plans and activities that spark curiosity and ensure concept mastery.
- Create a positive, disciplined classroom environment where students feel safe and motivated.
- Utilize Direct Instruction models (Madeline Hunter, "I do, we do, you do") to ensure student growth.
- Track student progress, communicate regularly with families, and collaborate with staff to ensure success.

Qualifications:
- Colorado Secondary Math License OR 36 credit hours in Math OR PRAXIS Math Exam.
- Experience with Direct Instruction and Teach Like A Champion methods preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with students.
- Previous teaching experience or relevant work with children preferred.
