Shift: Varies / On-Call Rotation (24/7 availability every other week required)

Thats why were looking for a highly skilled and reliable Mobile Service Technician who can work independently in the field to diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy-duty vehicles and equipment. Major Duties & Responsibilities:
Perform repairs and scheduled preventative maintenance on commercial trucks, trailers, and equipment at customer locations or roadside.Respond promptly to road service calls, accurately diagnosing and fixing mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic issues outside of the dealership.Operate a Class 8 tow truck when needed to recover or assist disabled vehicles.Work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.Prepare accurate work orders for each repair or service call.Collaborate with the parts department to ensure timely parts procurement and efficient repair completion.Promote cooperation, communication, and teamwork across departments and with customers.Maintain a clean, safe, and fully stocked service truck at all times.Ensure all work is completed according to safety and industry standards.Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor or management.Maintain 24/7 availability every other week as part of an on-call rotation schedule.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in diesel or trailer repair (fleet or dealership setting preferred)Strong mechanical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.Valid CDL license and acceptable driving recordExperience operating a Class 8 tow truck.Ability to work well independently and under pressure.Familiarity with mobile diagnostic tools and softwareClear communication and customer service skillsAbility to lift, bend, squat, and work in varying weather conditions.
