Job Title: Senior Salesforce Administrator

Location: ADS Headquarters or Remote

ADS is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator to lead the design, optimization, and strategic growth of our Salesforce ecosystem. This role goes beyond basic configuration — it's about owning the platform, driving best practices, and helping architect scalable CRM solutions that support critical business processes across Sales, Operations, and Customer Success.

You'll partner closely with the Director of Technology and Data Services to align CRM capabilities with company strategy, build out automations that reduce manual work, and ensure our Salesforce environment remains secure, scalable, and efficient. You will also play a key role in mentoring junior team members and guiding technical decisions for long-term success.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategic System Ownership
    • Serve as the subject matter expert for all things Salesforce, owning system integrity, scalability, and strategic alignment. Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for innovation, automation, and integration across teams.
  • Architecture & Process Design
    • Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Flows, Apex (as needed), validation rules, and advanced configuration.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to redesign business processes for automation, speed, and visibility
  • Governance & Best Practices
    • Enforce Salesforce best practices for configuration, data hygiene, release management, and system documentation.
    • Define change management and deployment processes across sandbox
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Act as a liaison between technical and business stakeholders, translating business needs into clear technical solutions.
    • Work with Data Engineering, Oracle and Software Engineering teams to manage API integrations and data pipelines.
  • Mentorship & Support
    • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior admins or Salesforce
    • Lead end-user training and build self-service support resources to drive adoption and reduce ticket load.
  • Security, Compliance & Auditing
    • Ensure the platform complies with security policies, including RBAC, field-level security, and audit tracking.
    • Support compliance efforts in regulated environments such as AWS GovCloud and CMMC-adjacent systems.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven track record as a Senior Salesforce Admin with 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Salesforce in a high-growth or enterprise environment.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM-201) required; Advanced Administrator and/or Platform App Builder strongly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, including complex automations, security models, and system integrations.
  • Experience with Salesforce APIs, data integration tools (e.g., Jitterbit, MuleSoft, or custom APIs), and coordinating with development teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead CRM initiatives across departments and influence technical
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of managing priorities and aligning stakeholders.
  • Experience working in or supporting government-regulated environments (e.g., GovCloud, CMMC) is a plus.
