• Lead nursing teams during AM and PM shifts with professionalism and heart
• Assess, monitor, and coordinate resident care plans
• Support CNAs and LVNs with expert guidance and mentorship
• Document accurately using PointClickCare (PCC)
• Serve as a go-to resource for residents, families, and team members
• Help maintain a culture of compassion, quality, and teamwork

✅ You Bring:

• Active RN license in good standing (California)
• 1+ years of supervisory experience preferred
• Confidence with PointClickCare (PCC)
• Flexibility to float between AM (6am-2pm) and PM (2pm-10pm)
• Excellent clinical judgment and team leadership skills

Familiarity with PCC and strong communication skills are essential. The role requires occasional administrative duties and emergency nursing support as needed.
