WHAT YOU'LL DO:
In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers both in person and over the phone, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience. You will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing service department work, as well as preparing accurate repair estimates. Additionally, you will assist with dispatching service technicians and support overall service operations. Your duties will include providing administrative assistance to the branch and managers, handling clerical tasks, and maintaining general organization. You will also perform various administrative functions such as data entry, preparing correspondence, and managing documentation. Throughout all tasks, you will maintain excellent communication and coordination between departments and with customers to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
WHAT YOU NEED:
Compensation: $17-25/hr (Depending on Experience)
