Chef de Cuisine – Modern Steakhouse (Food Services)



We are searching for a motivated, solution-focused Chef de Cuisine to join our award winning restaurant, Artis. This is not a clipboard-chef gig its a hands on opportunity to work at a dynamic restaurant. We're growing and looking for someone who thrives on finding solutions, leads with positivity, and takes ownership of the kitchen and guest experience.

Our ideal candidate is a professional who takes initiative to find solutions with a strong culinarybackground, and a true passion for innovation.. We dont micromanage we empower. Youll havethe space and support to lead your team, collaborate on the menu, and drive excellence across all back-of-house operations.

What Youll Do:
Lead and manage all kitchen operations for restaurant service, events and lunch cateringCollaborate on seasonal menus and create innovative, crowd-pleasing dishesMaintain food and labor cost goalsOrder and manage inventory, track usage, and ensure proper storageHire, train, schedule, and mentor your BOH teamWork closely with the FOH and events teams for seamless coordinationMaintain high standards of cleanliness, prep, and station setupOversee kitchen readiness from open to the end of service this is a hands-on roleWork 55-65 hours per week.
