Job Purpose
Provide exceptional customer service and technical support by:

Estimating and processing orders for commercial and residential glass services
Provide exceptional customer service both over the phone and in person
Measuring and identifying repair needs (e.g., windows, shower doors, mirrors)
Serving a diverse customer base including homeowners, schools, and contractors

Key Responsibilities

Manage key accounts and provide estimates
Enter and manage work orders and quotes
Communicate job details to the glazing team
Schedule and update customers on job progress
Resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction
Process completed work orders for invoicing
Manage small contract jobs for future growth
